Happy fall everyone! I’m sorry that I haven’t posted in a while, but with school starting there has been so much to do. It’s been very hectic, but it’s nice to get back into routine. Today I wanted to talk about the day I got to spend with the Governor! On August 25 I had the opportunity to meet the Governor. We were able to chat together. We were located at the construction site of the Dolores apartment complex. Dolores is going to have solar panels and be climate change conscious. I was also able to give a speech there too. I talked about why climate action was an issue folks should care about. I got to meet mayors and other leaders and climate activists. I had such a good time and will take away so many memories! Always remember anything you can do to help our planet make a difference no matter how small!
