Hi, my name is Saanvi and I am a cabinet member for the 2025 Oregon Kid Governor program. I’m happy to write my sixth blog.
As a part of my 3C plan, I continued to work with my local charity, HomePlate, to identify what were the most needed items. They mentioned the need for a lot of dental supplies. So, to help them, I connected and collaborated with my local dentist. I asked if she would be interested in supporting my cause and donate the dental supplies. She happily agreed to help me. When I went to pick up the supplies from her office, I collected toothpaste, toothbrushes, and floss. I was very delighted with her efforts and kindness to help me.
Once the supplies were picked, I headed over to HomePlate to donate them.
